We currently ship across India. This page explains how long your order will take and what it will cost.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat rate: ₹79 per order, anywhere in India
  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999

Processing Time

All FilmyArts products are printed to order. Once your order is confirmed, it enters production and is typically printed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays begin processing on the next working day. During sales, festivals, and peak periods, production may take slightly longer — we will keep you informed if so.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4 to 7 business days
  • Remote and rural pin codes: 7 to 10 business days

Total time from order to doorstep is therefore typically 5 to 12 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — courier timelines can be affected by weather, strikes, regional restrictions, and festival volumes.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive it.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on selected pin codes. Availability is confirmed at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery agent.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your address.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully before confirming your order. We are not able to change the address once an order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because nobody was available to receive it after multiple attempts, we can re-ship it once you pay the shipping charge again.

Delays and Lost Parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Multiple Items

Orders containing several items may be dispatched in separate parcels arriving on different days, as different products are produced on different lines. You will not be charged extra for this.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside India. We hope to offer international delivery in future.
